Power Booster - Build 2
Power Booster Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Cycling Center on Marian’s campus.
Build 2 continues the work from Build 1, and increases the duration and intensity of your efforts. It will spend more time at the upper range of your threshold and challenge you to hit higher watts.
