Major Taylor Cross Cup, ICX BMX, and more!
About
THE INDY CYCLOPLEX IS HOME TO 42 ACRES OF NATURAL GREENSPACE AND CYCLING VENUES, INCLUDING THE FAMOUS MAJOR TAYLOR VELODROME, NAMED AFTER MARSHALL ‘MAJOR’ TAYLOR, A NATIONAL-LEVEL BMX TRACK, AND WIDE VARIETY OF OFF-ROAD TRAILS. Formerly known as the Lake Sullivan Sports Complex, the Indy Cycloplex came under the management of Marian University in a partnership with the City of Indianapolis starting in April 2011. Located adjacent to the main campus of Marian University, the park provides training facilities for the MU Cycling team and has become a hub for local, regional, and national-caliber cycling competitions, as well as a venue for recreational cycling and for community events.
