Intermediate Training takes place on Monday evenings from 6-8pm. This session is suitable for any rider who has completed T101 (required)

Track bikes only.

Intermediate training sessions will be lead by ICX track specialists Stephanie Lawrence and Fred Meredith.

Bike rental cost will be payable on site.

All riders must complete a Cycloplex waiver before riding at ICX - click here to complete waiver digitally.
