Power Booster - BASE

BASE is the introductory Power Booster phase that establishes healthy training habits, a positive routine, and foundational work, that will be built upon during the Power Booster BUILD 1 and BUILD 2 phases. Riders that have participated in the BASE phase have seen better endurance and earlier improvements with their training.

Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday at the Cycling Center on Marian's Campus.

Week 1: 11/5 and 11/7

Week 2: 11/12 and 11/14

Week 3: 11/19 and 11/21

Week 4: 11/26 and 11/28 (yes, we will burn some calories and log some miles on Thanksgiving morning!)
